Terms of Service
Last updated 8 August 2026 · Pharoah Technology Ltd
This is comms drafting, not legal advice. RecoveryForge writes chase letters, including a final notice worded as a pre-Letter-Before-Action. It is not a solicitor, it does not assess whether your debt is valid or enforceable, and nothing it produces is legal advice. Before you escalate — and certainly before court — take proper advice.
Who these terms are with
RecoveryForge is provided by Pharoah Technology Ltd. By using it you agree to these terms. If you are using it for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on that business's behalf.
What it does, and what it does not do
- It drafts a graduated sequence — friendly reminder, firmer follow-up, final notice — for you to review, edit and send yourself.
- It does not send anything, does not contact your debtor, and has no connection to any court, tracing, credit-reference or debt-collection service.
- It does not verify that the debt exists, that the amount is right, that your terms allow interest, or that the invoice is enforceable. It writes what you tell it.
Your responsibility for the debt and the chase
- The facts are yours. Make sure the amount, dates, invoice references and any interest or charges you claim are accurate before you send anything. A chase letter asserting a wrong figure is your letter, not ours.
- You must chase lawfully and proportionately. Firm is fine; harassment is not. In the UK, pursuing a debt in a way that harasses someone can be a criminal offence, and there are separate rules and protections where the person owing money is an individual consumer rather than a business.
- If a debt is disputed, or the other side instructs a solicitor, stop and take advice rather than sending the next letter in the sequence.
- Do not use RecoveryForge to threaten action you do not intend to take, to imply you are a solicitor or a court, or to pursue a debt you know is not owed.
The copy, and who owns it
- The letters are yours to edit and send. We claim no ownership of them or of the details you enter.
- They are AI-generated and yours to review before sending. Check every figure, date and reference.
- We give no guarantee that any sequence will recover a debt, prompt a reply, or satisfy any pre-action requirement.
Payments
Where payment is taken it goes through Stripe's hosted checkout; we never see your card details. If something isn't right, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk with the email you paid with. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the consequences of letters you choose to send, including any dispute, counterclaim or costs arising from them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date at the top.
