Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 August 2026 · Pharoah Technology Ltd
The part that matters here. To draft a chase sequence you type in details about someone who owes you money — a name, a business, an amount, an invoice date. That is another party's information, and you are the one holding it. We do not store it, and we never contact anyone on your behalf.
Who we are
RecoveryForge is operated by Pharoah Technology Ltd, the data controller for this service. Questions, access requests or deletion requests: info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk.
There is no account
RecoveryForge has no sign-up, no password and no user database. You can use it without telling us who you are.
What you type in
- Sent to an AI model to write the sequence. Depending on configuration that is our own AI gateway or a direct model provider. Your text is processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. This is the one place it leaves our systems.
- Not stored by us. The drafted letters come back to your browser; we keep no copy of the invoice details you entered or of the copy we wrote.
Debtor details — keep them minimal
The sequence only needs enough to be accurate and specific: who owes what, for which invoice, and when it was due. There is no reason to paste bank details, card numbers, correspondence, credit files, or anything about a person's health, finances beyond the debt itself, or personal circumstances.
Because we retain nothing, we hold no record of your debtors after a request completes. The text does pass through the AI provider on its way, so treat it as you would sending that detail to any third-party tool. If the person who owes you money asks you what you hold about them, that request is yours to answer — we have no record of them.
Payments
Where payment is taken, it is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Stripe processes your payment information as its own controller under its privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and trackers
- We set no cookies, and there are no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers on this site.
- This policy page loads nothing from a third party — system fonts, no external scripts.
- Stripe's checkout pages set their own cookies under Stripe's policy while you are on them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Because there is no account and we do not retain what you type, in most cases we hold nothing about you. Where we do — a payment record, for example — email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
